The plot

SK is a theatre actor whose aim is to become a huge film star like Rajinikanth. However, his only weakness is that he cannot act in romantic portions. Because of this, SK is rejected by director K.S. Ravikumar in an audition. A dejected SK meets Kavya and falls in love with her. He pursues her and on one day, he decides to propose to her. However, he gets heartbroken after seeing Kavya's betrothal to a doctor from London. He decides to move on. The next day, he shaves his beard and gets a lady makeover and goes to K.S. Ravikumar's audition as a nurse. However, he fails this time around due to the trauma of what happened to him yesterday. While travelling in a bus, he once again meets Kavya. This time, she talks to him, thinking of him as a nurse and offers him a job in her hospital. SK introduces himself as Regina Motwani aka ReMo and starts work in Kavya's hospital. How he woos her and convinces her to marry him, all in the disguise of a nurse forms the crux of the story.
